We only collect data that you actively provide to us. This website does not collect data passively through tracking scripts, analytics, or advertising networks.
Contact form data: When you submit the contact form, we collect:

- Phone number (optional)
- The content of your message
We do not collect: IP addresses (beyond standard server logs), browser fingerprints, device identifiers, or any behavioral tracking data.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data solely for the purposes for which it was provided:
- To respond to your inquiry - we use your name, email address, and phone number (if provided) to reply to your message and handle your request.
- To establish B2B cooperation - if your inquiry leads to a business relationship, your data is used to manage that relationship, including sending quotations, arranging sample shipments, and handling orders.
- To comply with legal obligations - we may retain certain data as required by Polish and EU law, including accounting and tax regulations.
We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do not sell or rent your data to any third party.
4. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use analytical, marketing, or tracking cookies. No consent banner is required for standard browsing.
The only exception is our embedded YouTube video player. If you interact with an embedded YouTube video, Google/YouTube may set cookies on your device in accordance with their own privacy policy. These cookies are controlled entirely by Google and are only activated when you play the video. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
No other third-party scripts, pixels, or tracking tools are loaded on this website.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using the following infrastructure:
- Web hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. All servers are located within the European Economic Area (EEA).
- Email service: Zoho Corporation, with servers located in the European Union. Email correspondence, including form submissions forwarded to our inbox, is processed via Zoho's EU infrastructure.
We have entered into Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all processors in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. Your data is never transferred to countries outside the EEA without adequate safeguards.
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain personal data for a period of 3 years from the date of the last contact or from the end of any business cooperation, whichever occurs later.
Data related to invoices and commercial contracts may be retained for longer periods as required by Polish accounting and tax law (typically 5 years from the end of the financial year).
After the applicable retention period has expired, personal data is permanently and securely deleted.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
