Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to your inquiry - legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller in handling business correspondence).
- Establishing and maintaining business cooperation - legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or steps prior to contract conclusion).
- Compliance with legal obligations - legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject).
4. Data Retention Period
Your personal data is stored for a period of 3 years from the date of the last contact or the end of business cooperation, whichever is later. After this period, the data is permanently deleted unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
5. Recipients and Data Transfers
Your personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:
- Hosting provider: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany - website and data infrastructure hosted within the European Economic Area (EEA).
- Email service provider: Zoho Corporation - email correspondence handled via servers located within the European Union.
Your data is not transferred to third countries (outside the EEA) or to international organisations. All processors are bound by data processing agreements in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR) - you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, to access that data.
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) - you have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) - you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data.

- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) - you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where it is based on legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent - where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

8. Requirement to Provide Data
Providing your personal data via the contact form is voluntary, but necessary to receive a response to your inquiry. Failure to provide the required data will prevent us from processing your request. Phone number is optional.
9. Automated Decision-Making
Your personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
